Murrays on the Murray

MOTM is the annual Murray Meet held in October. This year it is from 17–19th October, 2025.

It is an opportunity for Murray owners to get together and socialise. The weekend also incorporates the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

The 2025 gathering is being held at Morning Glory River Resort in Moama. Weekend accommodation may be booked by contacting the resort directly. Available accommodation is cabins, powered and unpowered camping. Day visitors to attend activities, the Annual General Meeting and dinner are also welcome.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

FRIDAY

• 6:00pm – Community dinner; BYO meat to cook on the BBQ and a salad or dessert to share

SATURDAY

• 10:00am – Registration
• 10:30am – Grooming demonstration
• 11:00am – Part 1 – Gun Dog Training Introduction & Demonstration – Byron Kendal
• 12:30pm – BYO Lunch
• 1:00pm – AGM
• 1:45pm – Group Photo
• 2:00pm – Agility Introduction, Demonstration & Participation – Meridith Marshall
• 3:30pm – Part 2 – Gun Dog Training & Participation – Byron Kendal
• 6:30pm – Catered dinner (2-course meal), BYO drinks

SUNDAY

• 9:30am – Part 3 – Gun Dog Training & Participation – Bryon Kendal
• 11:30am – Weekend close

Members: Complementary
Non-members: Adults $20; Children $10.
